We have excited to announce a June 20th patriotic and celebration of Dads expo this year during the rodeo!
We are offering a one day Happy Fall at the Mall Y'all 9/26 this year! There will be food trucks in the food court parking lot as well as the Dog House in the food court.
OUR BIGGEST AND BEST EXPO OF THE YEAR is always the first weekend in December! For 2 days we will throw a party which fills the entire mall halls AND Macys! December 5-6.
We had so much fun with our Procrastinaters unite expo the weekend before Christmas this year that we decided to throw a one day event in the mall halls again 12/19!
What kinds of vendors are invited to participate?
The Expo is for vendors who sell handmade items as well as commercial items and businesses trying to get their name out. Typically, we offer photo ops, face painting and food options too! Only family-friendly products and displays are allowed (maximum 6' height). Only one vendor per commercial product is allowed at each event unless one is in Macy's. Please note our family friendly policy outlined below.
What do vendors need to provide?
Each space is 10' x 10' and maximum 6' tall (a few booths are discounted due to smaller size) and in December we try to offer author, non profit and young entrepreneurs discounts (potentially smaller space) as well. This Fall at the Mall expo is potentially going to include a discounted area for young entrepreneurs as well!
Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. They may also bring shelving or screens to outline their space. No canopies or canopy frames are allowed. NOTE 6' maximum height is a mall restriction which we have no control over. We recommend offering a free raffle, a cheap raffle, a hand out, sample or some type of reason for you to approach those passing by for the most interaction. Additionally, we recommend printing a qr code for social media, your site, venmo or whatever you plan to ask shoppers to access. Wearing your change in a fanny pack or travel safe purse is HIGHLY recommended as well.

The best way to know if spaces are available is to register here. If the expo is full please know that we almost always call every vendor on the wait list! If the system lets you complete the registration process you can rest assured knowing that we did have a spot for you!
