The Christmas Expos will be December 5,6 and 7, the 14th, and again on the 20-21st. All are under contract to be held in the Casper Eastridge Mall commons areas and Macy's. The spring expo has not been negotiated with the mall yet but we will know in January if we will be able to remain at this location.
What kinds of vendors are invited to participate?
The Expo is for vendors who sell handmade items as well as commercial items and businesses trying to get their name out. Typically there are photo ops, face painting and food too! Only family-friendly products and displays are allowed. Only one vendor per commercial product is allowed at each event unless one is in Macy's. Please note our family friendly policy outlined below.
What do vendors need to provide?
Each space is 10' x 10' and maximum 7' tall (a few booths are discounted to to size and author, non profit and young entrepreneurs are offered a discount for a potentially smaller space as well. Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. They may also bring shelving or screens to outline their space. No canopies or canopy frames are allowed. NOTE 7' maximum height is a mall restriction which we have no control over.
Are there spaces avaiable?
The best way to know if spaces are available is to register here. If the expo is full please know that we almost always call every vendor on the wait list! If the system lets you complete the registration process you can rest assured knowing that we did have a spot for you!
